Online Paper Submission Guidelines

Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts is pleased to produce an online publication of the symposium proceedings. This publication will be made available to registered participants of the symposium. Selected papers will be included in a post-symposium publication, which will be sent to all institutional members for inclusion in their collections. Full submission of the paper indicates your agreement to the article being published in both electronic format and print format, if selected. Both publications are copyrighted by Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts Ltd.

The full-paper submission should include a statement declaring that it has not been published before, and that it has not been considered for publication elsewhere. Permission to reproduce any copyright material from other parties must be obtained by the authors themselves, prior to the submission for this symposium’s proceedings. Responsibility for the entire content of the published papers lies solely with the authors, not NAFA.

Electronic mail is the preferred method for submitting your papers, as described below. If you are not able to submit an email attachment, you may mail a hard copy with a soft copy in CD format, as long as the package arrives by the given deadline.

Strict adherence to the formatting guidelines and deadlines is required.
